FAMILY BUSINESS ROADMAP: Planning a Course to Avert Crisis

Often we are blindsided by what should have been predictable events. There are many trigger events that will determine whether your family business will survive or fail. At this program, Center Director Ted Clark will use case examples to lead a discussion on how to anticipate these predictable events, and even take advantage of major business issues to avoid disruption to the family and the business.
